Nass's reply indicates that what you want IS possible in IE5 - that's a
technical issue which I'm not aware of, but forgetting the technical
aspect, I'd agree with Nass that this is a bad idea.
It drives me nuts when a site barges in and makes a particular web page
the home page on my browser - it may be clever, but it stinks. If you ask
around a number of people, I'd be surprised if you find anyone who likes
their browser's home page being hijacked like this ....
