Does anyone know where I can obtain a VBScript plug-in for Netscape?

I can find a number of sites which seem to indicate that such a plug-in
should exist, however I am unable to find the plug-in itself.

I am assuming they may be referring to the NCompass ActiveX/VBScript
plug-in, which is no longer available. However is there another alternative?
There is certainly an alternative plug-in for ActiveX.
