depends, JScript is the MS version of Javascript and is very similar in 
many respects. VBScript is a script version of Visual Basic, and while it 
can be used on the client side - IE browsers only - it is more common on 
the server side for use as the language for writing Activer Server Pages. 
Your best bet is to decide where you want to go, if you want to be a client 
side designer, try looking at things like DHTML, flash etc, if you fancy 
some server side experience try Perl, Java, PHP or ASP etc.
