Not that I know of. And it is not good practice to do this...

The only way I know how to achieve this is to create an HTA

Subject: [javascript] Disable X button

Is there any way to disable the "X" button used for closing the page?

Likewise, can I stop a user from closing the page by double-clicking the
icon in the top left hand corner?

I really, really want them to be forced to use the Close button on the page
itself.

Thanks in advance.

Pat
