I have a layer with plain text in it.
<layer>Text</layer>
In Netscape 4.75 when you mouseover the layer the cursor is an arrow. 
Problem: When 
I mouseover the text, the cursor changes - I would not like to use an 
image or 
hyperlink here - how can this be prevented or worked around?
