HOW TO check to see if an image has been completely loaded before doing 
something else.

PLEASE HELP...

It is really a netscape problem
Since in IE when an image hasn't
loaded it still sets aside room for the
image whether it is there or not.

Nescape doesn't...

The other solution for this is if anyone knows
how to tell netscape to leave x amount for room for
an image that is yet to load.
