hi friends, 
i have developed site using Oracle as backend 
now i want to use it with SQL server
i want the alternative for "Connect by clause" which i have used in Oracle 
for parent child relation.  

one more thing i want to remove the header & footer getting printed on the 
page which i don't want to go & change in page setup manually, i need to 
do that using javascript on client machine.

please send reply if anyone has solution
