Hello all!

I try to use IE default download behavior for download some
additional contents from server.

All works fine if I use some 1-byte encoding, such as
windows-1251. But if I use utf-8 encoding, I get the set of unreadable
characters.

Is it possible to use utf-8 with this behavior?
