I guess you can use the onChange event or the onBlur event and then
check the value of the field...

Im trying to create a function which is called when a user selects a
file
using the file form field.  Im trying to determine that user is
selecting
a file of some picture type.  Is there an in bulit function for this and

if not what event can I use to create my own function.
