yeh, i think you misunderstood me.
if you notice how i deliberatly set different colours for the diffent
ids/classes (or whatever was being changed), then the colour won't change
until it has been refreshed because it has already passed that part of the
code. i guess a bit of searching would tell you how to refresh the css at
the top of the page.
i got IE5, and surprisingly enough, iu had to fiddle round with the other
code to get it working too! i gave up on making complex codes (not that this
one was particuly complex) run on all browsers.
