Hi everybody,

I am sure this probably seems really easy to a lot of you (at least I am 
hoping it is easy).

All I want to be able to do is have a window maximise when it opens using 
Javascript.  I also want to get rid of all the toolbar, menubar, url 
box....everything but the window border.  Any help would be greatly, 
greatly appreciated.
