how is this done?  Can anyone give any ideas?  The fact that it's a floating
image vs. a new broweser window doesn't concern me as much as keeping it
afloat.  a window. open function inside the body tag could work, but once a
user clicks outside the window it gets minimized.  Would it be easier to
think in terma of a .gif image as opposed to a browser window?  Any input is
appreciated.
