Hi All

I wonder if someone can help me.  I would like to open a window 
minimized.   

What I mean, is that when a user clicks a certain button three new windows 
opens.  

I want them to select something on the one window before actually showing 
the other window but due to the fact that the other two takes a while they 
must "run in the background" and once a certain picture has been clicked 
on the one window the other two maximizes.

Thus:

1.  How do I minimize a newly opened window;
2.  How do I maximize the windows again when the third window is finished 
with.

Your assistance will really be appreciated.
