Sorry this out of Topic question.

I'm learning PHP beside JSP and ASP, but I have a problem.  I'm using XP
(IIS 5.0), and I have set the PHP-CGI in the IIS. But when I'm trying to
call a PHP page, the browser ask for Login , I have tried using
administrator login but it doesn't work, and if I canceled the login the
"you are not authorized ..." message shown. Would you like to help me, I
mean what should I do ?
