I'm not sure how accurate it is, but Robert's previous email hinted that you
require Netscape 7+ not Netscape 6+ in order to use the MARQUEE tag. Has
that been checked for validity? I haven't checked myself; I just noticed the
difference between your email and his email.

Regarding your question, though, I'd use the MARQUEE tag in IE and in
Netscape 7+.
If you want to make it work in earlier versions of Netscape, you have to
do some advanced scripting...
