I was starting to investigate that, since VML is built in for IE5+, but
someone strongly felt there was a javascript solution. I still think he
was thinking Java...haha...and applets are too heavy in this case.
Thank you for your time!

Not as far as I know.
You have to use images in conjunction with CSS (i.e. setting
background images in elements etc), or vector code.
For IE at least, I'd recommend using VML.

Robert, sorry for cutting in on this thread, but I have a question that
I can't seem to find the answer for anywhere.
I'm looking for a means, in javascript, to join imgs by lines.
Like a workflow concept.
I know there are classes in Java, but I'm trying to keep this thin.
Someone has told me there is a way in JS but I just can't seem to find
it. Do you know of anything or someplace that could get me started?
Best Regards

Subject: [javascript_howto] close main win without prompt
Hi,
I'm trying to open a window without the toolbars and directories from a
main window but it gives me that prompt whether to open or close. Is
there anyway I can bypass that prompt? I"ve tried to open the new window
using 'window.location.href=3DsURL' but I want to be able to open it
without the directories and toolbars. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis
