open and we can directly chat for online support.

What is it , is it chat application or simple applet 
any idea ?
If, I want to make like same then  what I have to do ?
How they are hiding address bar , or what it is so
come like a box ?
It is chat window , how I can make it , I know only
how to make page.
That Oreilly example is for Internet or for Client
Server ( for lan)

Please tell me what is it in detail 

My Aim :
I want to make Messenger ( Personal Chat System , like
in so many site we saw online support , for
communication one chat window or personal chat or like
messenger will open for chat . )
