Did you install tomcat 4.1.12 with the java 1.4 without problem I can“t
install it.

I would seriously appreciate help, I have been developing with Tomcat
4.1.12 successfully for months on Windows XP Pro, suddenly after a reboot,
Tomcat does not finish starting up. Tomcat gets this far :
