i've seen this problem myself.  u just need to make sure that the correct
path is entered in the tomcat.bat and/or other batch file.

it show "bad command or filename"
if i type "tomcat run", it show exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tomcat/startup/Tomcat
