The developer version only allows three concurrent connections and is 
free.  It's useful if you want an application server running on your own 
machine for testing purposes.  The professional version is $800/processor 
and the Enterprise version is $5000/processor.  I use the developer 
version on my own machine and it is easy to use and works great.
