I had problem with chapter 14's code examples. The location setting gave
this error:

Improper use of a string column, host variable, constant, or function
"FOLDER_LOCATION".  SQLSTATE=42907

Also I was able to run the PoolMan with tomcat3.1(chapter 7), but the
bench code did not work. I am not sure what was the problem .
