please check that you have put your class files in
C:\Program Files\Apache 
Group\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\wroxjdbc\WEB-INF\classes\scart directory , yu 
can have examples also instead of
wroxjdbc and ur jsp is in followin directory
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\wroxjdbc\jsp
and please check ur class paths
