Has anybody seen this error?

BUILD FATAL ERROR: TARGET 'files\apache' does not exist in this project

I get this when a try to build the sample application found under:
\Apache Group\jakarta-tomcat\doc\appdev\sample

and I am unable to build even the simplest web application using the ANT
tool.

I am running jakarta tomcat under Win2000.
Can anybody help?
