Help!

I have been tasked with finding a means of accessing data in Microsoft 
Exchange Servers using JSP, particularly the "email addresses" in its 
address book.

Some have told me that it could be accessed via LDAP. Well, I have viewed 
codes on how to access LDAP with JSP -- but how do I leverage the 
Microsoft Exchange Server Data, instead of some data in an LDAP server 
somewhere. Is there a faster/easier way of accessing the said data?

Can anyone out there help me, please?
