Could anyone please help me?

I am using jdeveloper and trying to run the examples that are in
Professional JSP, ch. 04, pg. 148.  When I launch the application from
jDeveloper, it works fine, but when I try to use Tomcat 4.1-dev, it does not
work.  There is something wrong with the include directive in time.jsp.

Any ideas, please.
