Hello all.

	For some reason, when I try to access the Time3 servlet via either of the
two mappingings (.do extension, or /Time directoy), I get a 404 error. 
The proper xml file is in place, and I have restarted the server. 

	Any ideas?

Tomcat 4.0.1
Apache 1.3.19
