  If you are looking for remote replication of databases, VERITAS's
  Storage replicator could be one solution.

  This is how it works:
  Step1. Create a database on the attached storage.
  Step2.  Replicate it on the remote machine (You need to have VERITAS's 

             VOLUME REPLICATOR installed)
  Step3. Subsequently, All I/O Request Packets would be processed on
             server side storage as well as attached storage!

  Once such repelicated storage volumes are created, you dont need to do 

  anything programatically to resync databases!

    Has anyone been successfully doing the uploading of file 
specifically a database file? We need to have a database backed-up on 
the remote server, therefore, all the data processed on the client side 
(workstation)should be uploaded to the server at any particular time. 
    Any ideas on how to do this?
