pro_jsp thread: Newbie - Help with Connection Pooling

Rudi,

I would recommend that you take a look at Java Exchange's
DbConnectionBroker.  Below is a little bit of information
about it.....

Db Connection Broker  
DbConnectionBroker is a pure Java package for handling multiple concurrent
database connections. 

DbConnectionBroker is free for all uses. It is hoped that through user
feedback, this package will continue to mature and provide a useful tool for
those of us working with server-side database applications. 

You can get a lot more information at www.javaexchange.com.

As far as recommending which Database Driver to use, that
is another question.
