While there may be native java solutions (I hear people talk of using the
"Java 2D library") or even open source solutions, I know of some commercial
products that do what you ask:

NetCharts from VisualMining (netcharts.com)
PopChart Server from Corda Technologies (corda.com)
JClass Server Chart from Sitraka (sitraka.com)

There are others. I hope folks can offer any they know of.
