I need help!!

I want to programm a jsp, which fulfills following tasks:

- receive data sent by a form
- check for valid data (if possible)
- return data to the client as ms-word document
- if data is invalid, return exception
  ("page" directive" to define the error handling jsp)

how to do that? I have no idea!!!
