I'm trying to get the Chapter 2 example from JSP Site Design running in 
JBuilder 6. Things seem to be compiling okay, but when I go to run it, I 
get an exception:

javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot find message resources under key 
org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE

I've never used Struts before and I really do not have any idea how to 
fix this. Any help in getting me started would be most appreciated.
