Hi!,
I am having the exact same problem (The system cannot find the file -
Djava.endorsed.dirs=.) with XP and the same versions of java and Tomcat.
I have tried setting java_home and Catalina_home in the systems variables
section , the user variables section and both at the same time. Nothing
seems to work. I have also set path to include the JDK directory and the
Tomcat directory. Nothing seems to help. I see that Java_home was set
correctly because it echos back during the startup batch. Any additional
help would be greatly appreciated.
