Hello,
   Now I begin to Linux programming, I need to use the popular C API 
library : "libnet" and "libpcap", but I don't know how to use them, so I 
want to know where could I get the detailed specification for the usage of 
libnet and libpcap, detailed explain such as the definition of their 
arguments of functions or source code analysis would be better.
