Quick question

The above tag if overflowed with values has a very ugly scroll bar on the
side.. is there a way for me to get rid of the scroll bar and be able to
scroll using some other method?

basically I am filling the above layer from an XML file parsed from a site
using the PHP functions and if the news page is to long it will overflow...
any help or pointers to site which accomplishes this would be great.
