I'm trying to use the SMTP mail scripts detailed on page 453 of the Pro 
book.  But I get the following errors :

Parse error: parse error, expecting `'('' in smtp_mail.inc on line 92

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: smtp_mail in 
E:\Inetpub\wwwroot\test\smtpmail.php on line 35

Has anyone managed to get this to work ?  I've downloaded the code but 
it's still the same.  Alternatively any tips for sending mail from an NT 
IIS server using PHP ?  The server has SMTP service running and working.
