I agree. XML in itself would be a great addition. Someone would be
interested just on that fact.
As for learning an "additional" script, I don't think he was looking to
learn an additional. I took it that he was looking to possibly switch so he
has better prospects of getting a job.
But you did raise a good point. XML totally slipped my mind.
