As I work with this user form, it appears to be adding id numbers, but as
yet, I don't know how set the field as active.  Until I figure out how to
automate this process, I'm going to have to try it long hand. 

I've been checking through the file commands, and can't find this one. I
am trying to do this remotely since there is no way on the host to
implement it.
