Well, since this is a PHP list, probably PHP will be the answer.

This topic was discussed recently.  Search the archives. (A lot of the
thread started as PHP vs. ASP).


And those from wrox that are listening.... Do something about the list
archives.  It looks like you can't actually search, but have to go month by
month and look for the thread title.
I almost felt guilty telling someone to go look there first... almost.
