Geez!!!

I tried getting that silly app to compile and after two days of my weekend
blown, I still couldn't get it.

Now, I ain't no slouch when it comes to compiling apps.  Hell, I compiled
ALL of KDE 2.2 from source and installed it.  Wasn't overly difficult, but
very long and a lot of other libraries that had to be downloaded from other
companies and compiled and linked.

Quanta will not run on KDE 2.2 apaprently.

Also from talk on their forums, it doesn't look like it is going to develop
into more than vaporware.

So, if I recall correctly, that leaves Zend IDE and PhpEd (apaprently bought
by NuSphere) as the alternative PHP "IDEs" (please, let us not get back into
the text editor/IDE debate again).
