You need the people running the firewall to setup port forwarding.
Basically, incoming traffic to your firewall on port 80 gets forwarded to
the internal ip address of your web server.
BUT, odds are this is not the best solution because your webserver is
probably on your local network. You need to set up a DMZ to keep your
webserver out of your local lan.
This is a serious topic way out of the scope of this list. If you aren't
sure what to do, consult a security expert. This is a setup that you need
to be VERY comfortable with and informed about.
