pro_php thread: PHP and Wrox?

It was a simple question of quality. Our editorial team weren't happy 
with the way the Pro PHP4 book was shaping up, so they pulled the plug on 
it. You have to make these calls, sometimes. We'll ship you books, but we 
won't ship you bad ones.
