Hi,

I'm one of the authors of Professional PHP4.

This book was written in the spring and cancelled in the late spring . 
This autumn, (apparently after some managerial changes in Wrox's open
source department) the project was revived.  Material has been
added/edited/dropped and now it should go to press in about a week or so
(last I knew).
