Hi
   I have a path /usr/local/apcahe/htdocs/proxysites in the linux
server.Now i want to create a folder named 'favorite' in it.This
'favorite' folder should have internet shortcut files.It should be
added each time the user in the client system enters the sitename.(i.e
the sitenames should be of type internetshortcut).
                    Now when the client wants to update his systems
favorite folder(os can be win98,2000 or NT),he would have to open his
mail and he should find a zipfile link which contains all the sitenames
of favorites folder in the server.Now how can i achieve this using php.
                 I want 2 things to be clear.
1. How to create an internet shortcut using php.
2. How to create a zip file containing all the sitenames.
         It is very urgent as we have been struggling for this.
It wld be nice if anybody cld help in this...
