I think that some actually decent questions were posted to help you get a
feel of what the dissertation should answer.

However, most of the response posters were probably offended at the idea of
"doing your homework" when, of course, your homework would get you a
postgraduate degree (and not an A for a particular assignment, which we've
all seen and dealt with in the past here, too.)

If I were at the level where I was getting a masters degree in Computer
Science, I would think that I'd already have such a fundamental knowledge of
Programming Languages that I'd be able to (completely on my own, mind) come
up with a list of questions that would fairly compare and contrast two
similar languages.
