As always, the first place you look should be the manual page for the
function you're trying to use.

Look at the user comments under the manual entry for get_browser()
  http://www.php.net/get_browser

There's a bunch of links to browsecap.ini files, and a few functions to
replace get_browser if it doesn't work for you.
