Actually this exact project is covered or atleast one similar in Beginning
PHP4 in one project you are creating a URL Directory which has the same
basic layout as this i'd think. If anything it should give you an idea of
how to create a directory and you can apply the same method and process to
the directory you wish to make. If you need any specific help feel free to
