i was thinking and i came up with following:

if you DNS someone you get the IP and DNS representation of a user for 
example:

DNS:     p305-002.ppp.get2net.dk   
IP:      212.168.2.3

as you may notice, you can see in DNS string the country: "DK", and the 
ISP: "get2net", somewhat you have to write your own function or code that 
will extract the country and the ISP and then write appropriate message...
