I am creating an application using VB 6 and referencing the Outlook 2000
object model. I am trying to build an outlook look a like address book.
Unfortunately I am having problems listing all the Address List Objects +
folders, in a combo box. After reading chapter 9 (The Address Book), it
shows clearly the way to obtain the collection and list it, but does not
seem to point out how to retrieve the FOLDERS in the hierarchy that 
contain
no address information directly. 

So how do you retrieve these FOLDERS?
