I am not sure how to solve that problem, however, an alternative solution
could be to launch the programs from vb, then use the MoveWindow api call to
move and resize the window, this might be able to accomplish the same goal.
The only problem with the solution I described is that without a
timer/monitor to move the windows back, the user would be able to reposition
the window themselves.
