Hello I have a VB/ActiveX/DTS problem

I have a ActiveX control that runs a DTS script it is no problem when I run
this on my machine and have the filepath as d:/DTS.dts

but when i go to another machine and i use http://123.123.123.123/DTS.dts
it will not acceppt that the file is in the wwwroot
Any ideas???
